an interesting discussion going on.
at the end, when waters talks about providing a free and healthy meal for all kids, before it was cut off, bourdain says that he puts "literacy above that as a priority."
i don't deny that when waters said 1 out of 2 children will have diabetes, my jaw dropped just a little.
it's a bit chicken v egg.
throw in public safety and you have a the makings of a city council race.
